Brian E. Dearing
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Dearing was named Chief Corporate Development and Strategy Officer in May, 2008 and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1997. Prior to joining ARI in 1995, Mr. Dearing held a series of electronic commerce executive positions at Sterling Software, Inc. in the U.S. and in Europe. Prior to joining Sterling in 1990, Mr. Dearing held a number of marketing management positions in the EDI business of General Electric Information Services since 1986. Mr. Dearing holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Administration from Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and a BA in Political Science from Union College.

Roy W. Olivier
President and CEO Mr.
Olivier joined ARI in September 2006 as Vice President of Global Sales and
Marketing, and was appointed as President and CEO in May 2008. Before joining ARI, Mr. Olivier was a consultant to start-up, small
and medium-sized businesses. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales
and Marketing for ProQuest Media Solutions, a business he founded in 1993
and sold to ProQuest in 2000. Before that, Mr. Olivier held various sales
and marketing executive and managerial positions with several other companies
in the telecommunications and computer industries, including Multicom Publishing
Inc., Tandy Corporation, BusinessLand and PacTel. |

Kenneth Folberg
Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance
Mr. Folberg was named Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance in July, 2008. Mr. Folberg brings over 16 years of executive experience in financial and operations management to ARI. Most recently, he served as Global Finance Program Director for Manpower, Inc. (NYSE: MAN), a world leader in the employment services industry. Prior to joining Manpower, Mr. Folberg was a contract finance executive with Resources Global, where he served as interim CFO or in other executive finance positions for several large and mid-sized clients. He also served as Controller and Vice President of Logistics and Labor Relations with Fresh Brands, Inc. from 1990 to 1999. Mr. Folberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Robert Hipp
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Hipp joined ARI in January 2007 as part of ARI’s acquisition of OC-Net where he had been Chief Executive Officer and President. At that time, Mr. Hipp was appointed Director of Product Strategy, responsible for the ongoing product development and maintenance of ARI’s flagship product WebsiteSmart Pro. Prior to founding OC-Net, Mr. Hipp held various technical and managerial positions in the Construction Industry and taught AutoCAD design.

Michael T. Tenpas
Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing
Mr. Tenpas joined ARI in July 2008 as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining ARI, Mr. Tenpas worked for Norlight Telecommunications, Inc., Brookfield, WI, starting in 1996 as a senior account executive, then serving in a number of other sales management roles, culminating in his promotion to Executive Vice President and General Manager of Data Center Business.
