Successfully computerized Parts and Service Departments have all their activities

business transactions. Through the COMPASS Partner Program, ARI has identified Computer
Software and Service providers within the industries ARI serves who share the desire
to create an environment where all necessary dealer activities work together as
one unified system.
COMPASS Partners create seamless connections between ARI Products, Supplier Communication
Systems (e-commerce) and their own respective Business Management programs. These
connections (interfaces) allow a dealer who sells and services equipment to:
- Look-up and identify accurate parts
- Verify Inventory status
- Invoice or Order the selected parts
- Check supplier availability
- File a Warranty Claim
- Register Product
Under the Partner Program, all of this is conducted within a single, integrated
computer system. Through our COMPASS Partner Program, strategic partnerships are
created with organizations that supply the systems necessary for dealers and the
suppliers to conduct their daily e-commerce activities. We are continually identifying
